KOREAN ADDRESS / WAREHOUSE RENTAL SERVICE (Payment will be together with shipping fees)

I accept per box arrival charge for Korean Address Lending. You can buy  from any Korean website and send it to my address, OR I can help you order the product you want to order ( see proxy buying service ).

My Charge for every package (box, envelopes or pouch in any size) is 

W8,000 / USD $6 /  Php300  PER PACKAGE ARRIVAL.

Charge includes of receiving, repacking, reboxing, consolidating your orders, packaging materials, pictures and videos.

If you want us to open the merchandices, Fold the items' boxes, Albums or DVDs or Blurays and get only the lighter inclusions, you need to add W2,000 per ITEM. For vacuuming doll, I will charge ₩2,000 per doll.

After you get the korean address you need to use, you can already order from any Korean website. 

Process of the service upon receiving your package. As much as possible, install a kakao talk app for better video and picture quality. You can use these videos and pictures for your posting purposes or when you complain about a missing item from your order.

1.  Upon receiving your package, picture of the box will be given to you and it will be line up for unboxing. Message us immediately if you want to retain your box unopened.
2. Unboxing video will be given to you together with the picture of the received items. It will take 1 to 2 working days to send this because of the volume of packages we are dealing. Please double check the video and picture if there is a missing product. Check your order well and compare it to what we receive. 
3. If you already want to get your package, line up for packing. Do this when you think your items / products can fill a big box already (heads up will be given also) or earlier the better since we are packing many boxes everyday.                      Check the Shop Policy and Terms of condition and read down to                        FOR WAREHOUSE AND CONSOLIDATION  for more details.
4. Invoice will be sent to you. Upon payment, your package will be sent the next working day. Cut off of payment is 12am korean time. (send payment screenshot so we can verify it ) Package will be delayed in sending if upon payment you didn't give us the receiver's complete details. (Package declaration details must be discussed before sending. I cannot declare too much undervalue to avoid problems in your package).
5. Picture of tracking number or manifest will be given. Please track your own packages.  

It's the client’s responsibility to track on  packages if you are the who check out and update us any incoming packages. Also, it's the client’s responsibility to check unboxing videos if your items are complete or not. Get our attention the soonest you see the items arrived are incomplete so we can give you the pictures you needed before we discarded the box with shipping stickers. Please update the soonest if you have instructions on your package.

Please don't rush too much since we are handling bulk orders. If we opened your item with some factory defects, you will be the one to contact the seller for it (if you are the one who ordered it) and we can prepare for return for you and receive again the renewed items, no extra charge.

If you don't want us to open your box, please message us early.  

 WARNING! If you ask us NOT to open your boxes and it arrive to you INCOMPLETE or ANY DAMAGE, it will be hard for you to ask return nor refund since most KR websites has 7days checking time for packages.

I send items only via Ems or Ems Premium (UPS) or DHL, FedEx or Kpacket in some countries and I cannot handle shipping fee charges. Shipping fee will depend on how bulky and heavy the box we will send. Estimating is hard for mixed Kpop merch and it will tend to give you wrong shipping fees only. IF you want your package to be packed already, you need to message for line up.

LINE UP FOR PACKING MEANS, you need to wait for your turn. Please DO NOT RUSH US in packing your box. Line up for packing early to avoid delay. That is why better note all the releasing dates of your orders. Please be aware that we have customers whom are having up to 120 boxes per line up. 

If you didn't give instructions, we will pack it well base on how we think it's safe and cheaper.  I DON'T accept trial packing. Reopening a packed package will cost ₩3,000 ($3) PER ITEM.  Please know that time is very expensive, so plan first your item priority before lining up.

IF YOU ORDER UNSEALED ALBUM, PHOTOCARDS, OR ANY KPOP MERCH FROM LOCAL SELLERS, PLEASE BE ADVISED TO BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK SINCE I DON'T KNOW THE DEAL BETWEEN YOU AND THE SELLERS. I can only do unboxing video BUT I WILL NOT OPEN THE WRAPPED PAPER MERCH. FOR BULKY Boxes, we will only check if there is unallowed item included.

If you send package with multiple packages inside, I will charge $6 or ₩8,000 for medium box and $3 or ₩4,000 per pouch or envelope inside the Package.

 FOR ITEMS ORDERED FROM KR WEBSITES:

I do check and give pictures for sealed orders from Websites for complete POB inspection. PLEASE ADVISED US IF I WILL NOT UNBOX your package before it arrives. DO NOT GIVE INSTRUCTIONS TOO LATE.

For custom Tax declaration, I can adjust the amount but NO TO TOO MUCH UNDER DECLARATION PRICES. Tax will be under client's responsibility. We are not liable on Any custom problem in your package. So please check any restricted items in your country before buying.

If you will get my service, please make kakao talk where I can send unboxing and packing videos since Instagram has limit in sending videos. Payment is before sending or ordering the items.

 Payment is via Paypal, Wise or Payoneer and you will pay for the charges or direct to my Korean bank or you can check out here in my website. Sorry for that.
