-OPP, shrinkage packaging film, package scratch and damage for product protection are not subject to exchange or return. Due to the nature of the sewing product, the shape of the face may be slightly different or some finishing conditions may not be clean, but this is not a defect, so it is not a reason for exchange/refund.

- In case of sewing products, there may be a size error when cutting or sewing. (± 1-2CM) Due to the nature of the plush products, the facial expressions may vary by product. You may find that finish of some products is not ideally perfect. Please note that these are not product defects and they are not eligible for an exchange or refund. 

-There may be fine scratches and scratches due to the nature of the product, which is not defective.

We are keeping packing video until 7 days after your product is delivered. NO PROPER  UNBOXING VIDEO, I DON'T EXCHANGE. 
I can only exchange or refund if the time when you complain is within the timeline of return and refund from supplier. Please refer at the last paragraph.
